HOW IT WORKS

  1. Fill out the free coaching application

Complete the application and a Rugby Ready coach will get in touch within 24 hours to schedule a free 15 minute intro call to determine the best coaching option for your needs as well as answer any questions you have.

2. Become a Rugby Ready client

Complete the onboarding questionnaire, schedule your kick-off call, create your athlete profile, and get started on your first phase of training!

3. Train to be the best

Your coach will monitor and design your weekly training to ensure you are performing at your best on the pitch and progressing in the gym.

Hey my name is Tali Tangipa. 

Some boys call me Tarila short for gorilla 🦍😂 I’m a loose forward, flanker no.8. 

Working with you guys has helped me improve my knowledge in rugby. Preparing well for upcoming trainings and games. Not just on the field but off-field too. I’ve really enjoyed the new training schedules and the things planned out and just doing them!
