MEET KELLY YOUNG

Kelly has extensive experience spanning over two decades in the realms of fitness, nutrition, and high-performance mindset coaching. As a certified personal trainer and coach in health, mindset, and nutrition for her brand “Release the Beast Coaching”, Kelly is passionate about taking her clients to the next level through upskilling them with knowledge and tools to be able to perform better under pressure.

From representing the New Zealand development squad for Hockey to being awarded the prestigious New Zealand Snowsports Instructor of the year as the first snowboarder instructor, her journey reflects resilience and versatility. Beyond sports, Kelly has ventured into diverse arenas, including living, and working on a professional exclusive superyacht as a chef stewardess and securing the runner-up position on New Zealand’s first MasterChef TV series.

Kelly’s experience and passion also flows into her entrepreneurship where she helped launch one of the first fitness bootcamps in NZ, to running her own fitness brand and owning and operating a bustling gym for 6.5 years while raising 3 children. Through these experiences, she has encountered and overcome numerous mindset challenges, refining tools that enhance daily performance.

As a high performer herself, Kelly loves to seek out a challenge through pushing herself through her own training and endurance trail events, so walks her talk daily. Kelly is dedicated to fostering effective habit changes and promoting physical and mental resilience for sustainable success in high-pressure situations and throughout life all areas of life.
