Your coach will work closely with you to design a fully customized program based on your goals, injury history, and playing demands. This isn’t a generic plan you get sent off to do alone—we coach you every step of the way and are fully invested in your success.

MEET THE TEAM

Dr. Nic Gill is the head strength and conditioning coach of the All Blacks with a Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology. Gilly leads the field in research and practical application.

He’s the head of performance at Rugby Ready, writes all of the training programs in our membership, and provides 1-1 online coaching to Rugby Ready clients.

Outside of coaching full-time Gilly has qualified for the Ironman World Championships in Kona for his age grade multiple times.

Antonio Corbin holds a degree in Kinesiology and is an experienced trainer. He currently plays his rugby in both Canada and New Zealand in the Premier Division.

Toni is the head coach to all of our Perform and Perform Lite members.

Outside of coaching, Toni is working toward earning a professional contract and representing his family on the international stage.

Tyler Buck has coached full-time since 2017 working with rugby players from the grassroots, professional, and international levels. Bucky is a certified PT with many years of hands-on coaching experience.

Bucky is the head of marketing at Rugby Ready, provides support to our Perform members, and provides 1-1 online coaching to Rugby Ready clients.

Outside of coaching full-time Bucky competes in powerlifting working towards reaching the provincial level.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Our team of coaches are available to you directly through the in-app chat to answer your questions and ensure you are getting the most out of your membership . One of us will get back to you within 24 hours Mon-Fri. If you signed up for PERFORM you will receive feedback on your lifts within 24 hours Mon-Fri.

  • Everytime you refer a new member you get a free four week block. Start a group DM on instagram or have them mention your first and last name at checkout and we take care of the rest. There are no limits on referrals!

  • You can change your program at anytime directly in team buildr. You have full access to all of our programs and your coach can help you choose.

  • We have many variations for each program track! If you wanted to keep working on SPEED for example you would select Speed #2 to continue on.

  • Yes! We have various testing weeks that can be loaded into your calendar suited to your training age and position. Whether you want to measure progress in your bronco time, speed on the track, or progress in the gym all you need to is select "testing week" and add it into your calendar.

  • We have great options for those who have retired from the game or are looking to keep fit! You don't have to play to train with us. Our EXPRESS and SWEAT program tracks cater to ex-rugby players, busy professionals, and rugby players with limited time to train.

  • Don't miss our live members-only Q&A's with Gilly! Limited ELITE one-one Coaching with Gilly spots are currently available. Simply send us a message on instagram and we’ll schedule a free intro call with our team.

  • You can upgrade your plan at anytime to fully customized coaching by completing the free one-on-one coaching application HERE or by sending a message in the training app

  • You can cancel your membership at anytime by logging into “my account” at the bottom of the homepage, choose “my subscriptions”, and “cancel”. Or if you prefer send us an e-mail or message your coach in Perform and we'll help you cancel your plan.

  • Send us message in the app or an e-mail prior to the end of your first 14 days of training requesting a refund. *We do not offer refunds beyond your first 14 days.

  • First, you need to see a sports therapist to be assessed. Ask them to provide guidance on the type of training you can and can’t do and then advise your coach in the in-app messenger. We will be able to provide guidance on modifying your training so you can continue to train if deemed safe by your physiotherapist.
